Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 4pm. Experience is not necessary, but preferred.Ideal candidate will be patient oriented, highly motivated and have excellent communication skills. The ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented are a must!Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:· Scheduling patient appointments.· Answering telephone calls and providing exceptional customer service at all times.· Assisting the Patient Coordinator/Front Desk to ensure efficient office flow.· Collecting co-payments and/or other payments due in accordance with our company policy.· Assisting in the verification of patient’s insurance benefits as well as relaying those benefits in a timely manner.· Entering insurance policy information and submitting claims appropriately.· Assisting in the reconciliation of outstanding insurance claims.· Assist in seating patients as well as discharging post-surgery patients.Salary commensurate with experience.
