The Operations Manager has varied tasks associated with fulfillment, staffing, customer complaints, and customer service. Ensure core operational are met by scheduling employees for shifts and managing employee activities during those shifts. Managing employees includes coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as well as planning, monitoring, and appraising job results Achieves core KPI s set by senior management, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Identifies current and future customer by establishing rapport with sales team and actual customers and other persons in a to understand service requirements. Protects employees by providing a safe and clean work environment. Maintains the stability and reputation of the organization by complying with employment laws and other legal requirements. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Manages relationship with our 3rd part logistics provider. Insures staffing levels are adequate to maintain productivity Bachelor's Degree, Masters preferred Experience in high volume, fulfillment or manufacturing environment required At least three (3) years experience in operations, specifically within the food retail or manufacturing environment Excellent interpersonal, communications, organizational and management skills required. Excellent Microsoft Suite Skills (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access). Great interpersonal skills dealing with vendors, customers and staff.This reflects the current assignment of essential functions and is not meant to be all-inclusive.
